HR Process & Policy Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Process & Policy Management Specialist for a 12-month temporary contract. This role is pivotal in establishing, refining, and implementing HR processes and policies tailored to the unique needs of our growing organization. The specialist will ensure that all essential policies and processes are aligned with Swiss labor law while supporting our dynamic growth and organizational goals.
What you will be doing:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes in strict compliance with Swiss labor law.
- Ensure existing and new policies support organizational scalability, flexibility, and compliance with legal standards.
- Assess and refine current HR processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Design scalable HR processes to support performance management, employee relations, and more.
- Support HR automation / process optimization.
- Maintain and update policy documents in alignment with Swiss regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of processes and legal compliance audits.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Swiss labor law (e.g., Swiss Certified HR Professional) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years of Swiss labor law-focused HR management.
- Proven diverse track record in setting up HR policies and processes in a startup, scale-up, and corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Swiss labor laws and their practical application in HR policies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to balance legal compliance with the organization’s need for flexibility and scalability.
- Proven project management skills and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
